That's a good start, but I personally have found it easier to just do the workouts on Fatal Fitness and Fatal Fluid. I do my own running aside from FF, but its a fairly easy concept. Run 2 times a week 3 miles, and run once a week long distance. I started at 4miles and every week I have gone up. I'll get to 13miles, then taper back for 2 weeks down to 10miles but my short distance runs will go up to 5miles. After that I'll jump to 14 miles on the long distance runs and make sure my 5miles are sub 35minutes.
Everything else you'll need you'll get from just training off of these websites.
