Fatal Fluid

Just to let everyone know, at FFluid we've evolved our schedule to try to make things better and better, cutting all the fat and leaving behind just what works best.
In the past we've had more DC's requiring the use of fins. Unfortunately we had gotten away from that for a little while, mainly because most people don't have proper fins. But no more. We are going to begin posting DC's using fins again, typically alternating with those that do not. The goal here is to allow recovery for your upper/lower body between workouts.

Now, most people still don't have proper fins. That's why we will always provide an alternative for those who do not have the fins they need to do a fin-swimming workout. But FFluid advises you to get some- specifically Rocket Fins. Also get some dive booties (those are cheap), to prevent your feet from getting torn up.

People will give you funny looks when you bring these big SAR-style fins to a pool. They'll stop laughing when they see why they're called Rocket Fins. Also, you will be surprised at what a huge cardio challenge they provide when you are getting used to them.

Another benefit for guys going for PJ, TACP, or even military jobs where swimming is not really that important, fin-swimming will boost your hip flexors so much that endless flutterkicks will no longer bother you.
