I'm having a lot of problems with my right foot right now and it's hindering me from running, which is making me very nervous. Swimming is getting better and better weekly. So we'll see.
FYI.....I have a buddy that just finished the first week of Indoc and he goes back the first to start the 2nd week, so I will get the weekly 411 and eval stuff that he sends me or whenever he calls.(probably weekends)

Yea, That seems to be my biggest problem is finding up to date info! Look at the top of the page on specialtactics.com and it was last updated like over a years ago. Kinda sucks, I like to find out where I can look.
