Run: "Game Day": today, get your running in in the form of a game. Basketball, football, any game that will get you a lot of solid sprints. If not, try a Ptoss run!

Drag Swim:
Get a pair of shorts, BDU's, a swim parachute, tie a towel around your waist- anything that gives you extra drag, and swim:
5x100m, with 30 second rest intervals

Swim: 20 minutes of:
50m straight arm swim
50m kickboard kick
50m catchup drill
Run: max rounds, 25 minutes:
50 pushups
400m run
