400m run (intense pace)
200m jog
(if no track: estimate a distance approx. .25 miles long. Sprint that distance, then jog about halfway back, sprint again, etc.)
Swim:
Max Rounds, 30 minutes:
25m Underwater
75m freestyle swim
DO NOT DO WITHOUT A LIFEGUARD PRESENT
