Swim: Water confidence day:
7x 40m underwaters
Rest 5 Minutes
Then for 20 minutes, practice "drownproof" bobbing with hands and feet "tied", then add forward and backward flips at the bottom of the bob. Again, hands and feet "tied" means you hold your hands and feet together as if they were tied. If anyone actually ties themselves up, they are stupid.
