Swim: Bring a pair of dice. When you roll them, the one to the left will be your selection. The one to the right will be your repetitions. Play the game for 30 minutes.
1- 25m Underwater
2- 100m Freestyle
3- 100m Fin Sprint (or 50 flutterkicks, if no fins)
4- 30 seconds vertical kick (with weight, if possible)
5- 1 minute water tread, no hand
6- 100m combat side stroke or regular side stroke
