Bike: 30 minutes, intense pace. How far do you get? Swim: Go for a 50m underwater. If you're new to underwaters, do 10x 25m underwaters with moderate breaks in between. DO NOT ATTEMPT without a lifeguard around!

yeah we try to give guys a break from the normal routine here and there, so every now and then we'll throw biking in for variety. So long as guys go at a really intense pace for that 30 minute time frame, it's a good session.
Did you try the 50m underwater? I got mine, and as always the lifeguard probably didn't even realize I was in there. Makes you feel nice and safe.

Bike 30 minutes. Thats it haha. My training rides were 5-8 hours long. In 30 minutes you should get like 15-20 miles. But I like how you add that in its badass.
