Swim: 1200m any stroke.
Note: We are taking this week off running, to allow people's legs to recover. If you have been slacking on your running anyway, then get some basic, 2-5 mile runs in, to get yourself back in gear for next week. If you've been doing your running, let your knees/shins recover.
